About the practice

Dance is not only movement — it is remembering.

Moving Tu Balance is a living practice. It draws on decades of study across Africa, the Caribbean and the diaspora — braiding somatic awareness with rhythm, ritual and storytelling.

Every class is an invitation to return to the body as archive: to release what no longer serves, to re-connect with ancestral lineage, and to find joy in shared motion.
